Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive for Gold & Silver Jewellery. The role involves assisting customers at the showroom, showcasing jewellery, handling inquiries, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the jewellery counter Show and explain product details like purity, weight, price, etc. Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships Ensure accurate billing & gold weight verification during sales Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Keep counters clean, well-displayed, and stock organized Maintain knowledge of current jewellery designs and trends Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally Support showroom operations during peak hours Maintain safety & security protocols for valuable items

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in Gold & Silver Jewellery counter sales Good communication & convincing skills Knowledge of hallmarks, purity (916, 925), and jewellery categories Customer-friendly attitude with professional grooming Ability to handle billing systems (preferred) Basic math and attention to detail
