Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Participant Counseling & Guidance:

Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions for participants. Assess participant interests, strengths, and career aspirations. Provide guidance on suitable skill development courses and career pathways.

Monitoring & Support:

Track participant progress and performance throughout the program. Identify learning or personal challenges and provide support or referrals. Conduct periodic follow-ups to ensure participant engagement and course completion.

Career Development & Placement Support:

Assist participants with resume building, interview preparation, and career planning. Connect participants with internships, apprenticeships, or employment opportunities where applicable.

Program Coordination:

Collaborate with trainers, program coordinators, and management to improve program delivery. Maintain records of counseling sessions, participant progress, and feedback. Participate in workshops, orientation sessions, and skill development events.

Soft Skills & Personal Development:

Conduct sessions on communication skills, time management, and professional behavior. Provide motivation and guidance to help participants achieve personal and professional goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
