Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and manage calls, enquiries, and walk-ins.
Explain courses, fees, and schedules to students and parents.
Assist in admissions, maintain records, and follow up on enquiries.
Coordinate demo classes, faculty schedules, and student support.
Keep reception area organised and provide administrative assistance.
Requirements:
Undergraduate/Graduate with good communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Friendly personality and ability to counsel students effectively.
