We are looking for Business Development Manager with a strong focus on business meetings with business houses and convert then into clients for real estate consulting
Responsibilities and Duties
Merchant acquisition for real estate services and IT services.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in
the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending business improvements.
Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand
is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile
marketing.
Head business development function with focus on merchants business, both online and
offline and lead strategic partnership.
Responsible for bringing new merchants on board and achieve targets. Targets would be
based on both - on-boarding of merchants/clients.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 1-5year of experience as Sales / Business Development mandatory.
Speaking skills: These will mainly be deployed internally. You will need to be able to
explain coherently to others, who may not be familiar with the medium, how digital
technologies work and what their marketing application is
Client Inquiries: Should have ability to identify prospects and connect with them.
Be a self-starter, able to prioritize tasks and manage own time effectively
Client Management & Business Development.
Proven pitching skills, presentation skills and strong analytical skills.
