Job Summary

We need patient counselor with minimum 03 year experience in hospital background.

Responsibilities and Duties

To explain the patient about the packages of surgeries Fixing the appointment for surgery Follow up of the patients for surgery Rescheduling of surgery, if required. Appointment & Follow up of investigations advised by the consultant. To ensure reports reach in time to the ward. Co- ordination with other departments like nursing, billing, and follow up of discharge summary.
