Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries about digital marketing courses.
Counsel students and parents about course details, career prospects, and institute offerings.
Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to ensure maximum conversion.
Maintain and update the student database (CRM/Excel).
Assist in admission formalities and documentation.
Work closely with marketing and trainers to improve conversion strategies.
Participate in seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Marketing, Communication, or Business).
1-3 years of experience in counselling, telesales, or academic advising.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and achieve targets.

Energetic, confident, and approachable personality.
Good listener with empathy and patience for student queries.
Target-driven with a passion for education and career guidance.
