About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Academic Counsellor / Student Counsellor to join our team at TalentMark Academy, Indore. The counsellor will be responsible for guiding students through our course options, managing their enrollment process, handling fee-related queries, and ensuring smooth communication regarding new batches and demo sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding our academic programs and course offerings. Call potential students to explain course details, benefits, and admission procedures. Schedule and coordinate demo sessions and follow up with interested students. Manage fee discussions, payment schedules, and maintain accurate records. Inform and follow up with students about new batches and upcoming sessions. Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to admission through effective communication. Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to optimize student experience and feedback.
Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in explaining academic courses and handling objections. Organized, proactive, and result-oriented approach. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM preferred).
Prior experience in counselling, telecalling, or education sales will be an advantage.

Eligibility

This is a full-time on-site role based in Indore. Candidates currently living in Indore or willing to relocate to Indore may apply. Interview Information Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an in-person interview at our institute in Indore.

Pay: ?8,793.04 - ?29,532.18 per month
