Providing counselling face to face, over the telephone, or online Working with individuals, families or groups Keeping confidential records Building a relationship of trust and respect with clients Listening to clients' concerns, empathizing with them, and helping them to see things more clearly or in a different way

Skill Required

? Understanding of Education-Based Counselling/ Knowledge of MS Office & Basic Computer.
? Good communication & interpersonal skills
? Business Strategy Skills and understanding of Finance Terminologies
? Past Experience of working as a Counsellor/Call center.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
