Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel and guide students and job applicants regarding

overseas employment and study opportunities

. Handle

HR screening and pre-selection

of candidates for international placements. Collaborate with the recruitment team to

source, screen, and shortlist candidates

based on the requirements of overseas employers and institutions. Maintain a database of applicants and track

their application, interview, and placement progress

. Provide

guidance on documentation, visa processes, and compliance requirements

for overseas employment/study. Coordinate with international partners, universities, or employers for

job postings, interviews, and on boarding processes

. Conduct

orientation and counseling sessions

for selected candidates to prepare them for overseas transitions.

Key Requirements:

2-4 years of experience

in

HR, overseas recruitment, or student placement counseling

. Knowledge of

international hiring processes, work permits, and study abroad procedures

. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for handling candidate interactions and client coordination. Ability to multitask and maintain organized candidate records. Experience in achieving

recruitment or counseling targets

.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

HR, Management, or any relevant field

. Prior experience in

overseas recruitment agencies or educational consultancies

is an advantage. Familiarity with

visa regulations, compliance, and international job markets

.
