Key Responsibilities
Handle walk?in and telephonic inquiries from prospective parents.
Provide complete and accurate information about Think Right's philosophy, curriculum, and program offerings.
Explain how the institute uniquely contributes to children's cognitive development.
Conduct consultations, campus tours, and demo sessions for prospective parents.
Make, receive, and follow up on calls to persuade and align parents for demo sessions; convert leads into confirmed admissions.
Maintain and update lead records in CRM, Excel, or other systems.?IndeedTrabajo.jobs
Facilitate coordination between parents and teachers to schedule sessions.
Support the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment, working collaboratively with admissions/admin teams.
Contribute to planning parent?engagement events, open houses, and workshops alongside marketing/teaching teams.
