Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads
Explain course details, fees, batch schedules, and admission process clearly
Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions
Maintain student records, inquiry data, and follow-up reports
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for admissions planning
Assist students in documentation, registration, and onboarding
Address student concerns and ensure satisfaction during the course
Support retention and re-enrollment activities
Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events
