We are looking for a skilled Counselor who can understand lead requirements, guide them with accurate information, and help them choose the right digital marketing training or services.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel incoming leads based on their requirements and goals.
Provide clear information about digital marketing training and service offerings.
Understand the lead's background and recommend the most suitable option.
Maintain organized data of inquiries, counseling notes, and daily reports.
Follow up with leads to maximize conversions.
Share feedback, lead quality insights, and improvement suggestions with management.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for smooth onboarding and workflow.
Earn incentives based on successful conversions as per company norms.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and counseling abilities.
Strong listening skills with the ability to understand needs clearly.
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge for maintaining data.
