Job Responsibilities
Calling leads and promoting the courses offered by the institute.
Engaging with prospective students and informing them about available programs.
Counselling students on their career interests and helping them make informed decisions.
Providing information about degree programs, admissions, financial aid options, and apprenticeships.
Conducting coordination, follow-up calls to ensure student queries and needs are addressed.
Desired Skills & Experience
0-3 years of experience in counselling/telecalling or a similar role in an educational institution. Freshers are welcome.
Graduation in any field.
Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
Proactive, persuasive, and confident communication style.
Polite, soft-spoken, and customer-friendly approach.
Ability to maintain clear communication with senior authorities.
