Prior experience in TPA coordination or related roles
Strong knowledge of TPA processes, regulations, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Manage the end-to-end process of insurance claims from initial intake to settlement.
Review claim documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Evaluate claims based on policy coverage and guidelines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for patient regarding claims and administrative services.
Counselling of Patient and address patient's inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to understand their needs and expectations.
IPD billing, Discharge etc
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Proficiency in using TPA management systems and software
Ability to work independently
Take up other duties as assigned by Management
