Counselor cum Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents. Explain course details and guide students to select the right career path. Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling. Maintain follow-up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Maintain daily call records and reports. Handle walk-in inquiries professionally.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in

Hindi, English, and Marathi

(mandatory). Strong convincing and interpersonal skills. Minimum 6 months to 2 years experience in counseling/telecalling preferred (freshers can apply). Knowledge of MS Office/Excel is a plus. Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset.
