Responsibilies
? Guide and counsel prospective students and parents about courses and design career opportunities.
? Handle queries and concerns to successfully convert enquiries into admissions.
? Make follow-up calls and encourage walk-ins or online counselling sessions via Zoom/Google Meet.
? Interact with students, parents, and faculty to ensure smooth delivery of academic schedules.
? Track student attendance, test marks, and academic progress; provide feedback to students and parents.
? Assist in day-to-day center administration and maintain accurate academic and admission records.
? Participate in marketing activities, workshops, and promotional events as required
Requisites (Core competencies / Skills)
- Good English Communication Skills.
- Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Good at working in a Team
- Strong focus on Customer Service
- Strong interest in providing guidance & education
