Counselor cum Aviation Trainer

to lead our team and drive excellence.

The counselor will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, meeting business goals, and maintaining smooth operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Counseling & Student Guidance: Counsel prospective students on aviation courses, career opportunities, and institute offerings.

Training & Development:

Conduct interactive classroom and practical sessions on aviation subjects such as Ground Staff, Cabin Crew, Customer Service, and Personality Development. Train students in grooming, communication skills, interview preparation, and industry etiquette. Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and ensure training outcomes meet industry standards.

Administration & Coordination:

Address student queries, provide guidance, and support them in choosing the right program. Maintain follow-up with leads and ensure smooth admission processes. Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders. Represent the institute professionally during events, seminars, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Aviation, or related field preferred); Master's Degree (preferred). Minimum 1-3 years of experience in aviation training, counseling, or customer service (ex-cabin crew/ground staff preferred). Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to motivate and guide students. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools).

Salary:

?35,000-40,000 per month + variables
