Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about courses, fees, and facilities.
Convert leads into admissions by guiding students and parents through the admission process.
Follow up with potential students through phone, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
Maintain proper records of inquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and feedback in the CRM or database.
Counsel students on career prospects and help them choose the right course as per their interest and background.
Coordinate with faculty and admin team for smooth onboarding of new students.
Support marketing campaigns and participate in outreach activities such as seminars, school visits, and exhibitions.
Address student grievances and provide emotional or academic support when needed.
Maintain a professional, friendly, and approachable attitude with students and parents.
Achieve monthly admission targets set by the management.
Key Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in student counselling, educational sales, or admissions (mandatory)
Bachelor's degree (Preferred in Education, Psychology, or related field)
Prior experience in counselling, telecalling, or sales (education sector preferred)
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets)
Positive attitude, team player, and goal-oriented mindset
