Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Counseling



Counseling Prospective Students:

Provide detailed information about courses in foreign languages, IT, and non-IT disciplines. Assist students in selecting the right course based on their career aspirations, skills, and interests.

Course Enrolment:

Guide students through the enrollment process, ensuring all documents and prerequisites are met. Address concerns and queries about course structures, fees, and duration.

Coordination with Faculty:

Collaborate with instructors to stay updated on course content, learning outcomes, and specializations. Arrange demo classes or trial sessions for interested students.

Follow-ups:

Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective and existing students. Track leads, ensure timely communication, and maintain high conversion rates.

HR Process Support



Recruitment:

Assist the HR department in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting preliminary interviews for new hires. Ensure all recruitment activities align with company policies.

Employee Onboarding:

Support onboarding by ensuring new employees complete the necessary formalities. Help in organizing training sessions for new hires.

HR Coordination:

Maintain employee records and assist with payroll processing, leave management, and performance evaluations. Act as a liaison between departments for HR-related queries.

Administrative and Miscellaneous Duties



Database Management:

Maintain accurate records of students, leads, and employee data using CRM software or other tools. Generate reports on student enrollments and HR activities for management.

Marketing and Promotions:

Support promotional activities by providing insights into student demographics and course preferences. Participate in educational fairs, webinars, and seminars to represent the institution.

Feedback Collection:

Collect and analyze feedback from students regarding course effectiveness and overall satisfaction. Share insights with management to drive continuous improvement.

Key Skills Required



Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to understand diverse course offerings and explain them effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment workflows. Organizational and time-management skills.

Educational Qualification and Experience



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, HR, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in academic counseling or a related role. Knowledge of foreign languages, IT, or non-IT course structures is a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
