We are looking for a confident and customer-focused

Aesthetic Counsellor / Sales Executive

to join our aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for consulting with clients, understanding their aesthetic goals, recommending suitable treatments, and converting consultations into treatment packages while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Explain aesthetic treatments, procedures, packages, pricing, and post-treatment care clearly and ethically Convert inquiries and consultations into confirmed appointments and treatment plans Build strong relationships with clients to encourage trust, retention, and repeat visits Achieve individual and clinic sales targets Handle incoming calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries professionally Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front-desk staff for smooth client flow Maintain accurate client records, treatment plans, and follow-ups Manage payment discussions, packages, and membership plans Stay updated on clinic services, promotions, and new aesthetic trends Address client concerns or objections with empathy and professionalism
Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, counselling, or customer service (aesthetic/medical/beauty industry preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities Presentable, confident, and client-oriented personality Ability to work with targets and performance-based incentives Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office, or clinic software) Knowledge of aesthetic treatments (laser, injectables, skincare, body contouring, etc.) is an advantage
