Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and committed Counsellor/Psychologist to provide emotional, behavioural, and psychological support to individuals and communities. The role focuses on assessment, counselling, and timely intervention while maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to address emotional and psychological concerns. Assess client needs and provide appropriate guidance, interventions, or referrals. Maintain accurate, confidential case records and documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure holistic support and follow-up care. Promote mental well-being through counselling, awareness, and supportive interactions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High level of empathy, professionalism, and ethical practice. Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and care.
