Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counselling for children, adolescents, and beneficiaries. Identify emotional, behavioural, and psychological concerns and provide appropriate interventions. Support students in managing academic stress, trauma, family-related issues, and personal challenges. Maintain confidential counselling records, case notes, and progress reports. Coordinate with teachers, parents, and internal teams to ensure holistic support for beneficiaries.

Qualification & Experience:

Master's degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Clinical Psychology / MSW (Medical & Psychiatric). 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred; freshers with internship exposure may also apply.
