1. Patient Counseling: Counsel patients on their concerns, explain treatment options, and detail the expected changes and improvements from the treatments.
2.Client Relationship Management: Act as the first point of contact, build rapport, and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure trust and satisfaction.
3.Sales & Business Development: Achieve and maintain patient retention ratios, lead conversion, and patient conversion goals.
4. Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to sell additional relevant treatment packages and services to patients.
5. Patient Grievance Handling: Address and resolve patient complaints and grievances in a timely manner.
6. Follow-Up & Administration: Conduct regular follow-ups with all leads and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
7. Training & Development: Participate in regular training, workshops, and knowledge-building activities to stay updated on clinic services and improve counseling skills.
8. Process Adherence: Follow and contribute to improving the Standard Operating Protocols set by the organization.
9. Customer Service: Provide excellent hospitality to ensure the best possible patient experience.
