We are seeking a confident, empathetic, and highly communicative Female Counsellor with a background in Psychology to join our team full-time as a Male Sexual Health Counsellor. This role demands a dynamic individual who can speak openly and comfortably with male clients about sensitive sexual health issues, providing them with the guidance and motivation to seek proper treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with male clients on sexual health concerns to convince them to seek treatment from doctors at IASH. Educate and convince clients about the importance of treatment and follow-ups. Maintain a pleasant, professional, and non-judgmental approach in all interactions. Represent the organisation in field visits to corporate offices and institutions, delivering awareness sessions and presentations on various male sexual health programs of IASH. Maintain client records and coordinate with the medical team for case follow-ups. Work closely with marketing and outreach teams for awareness campaigns.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling or Applied Psychology preferred). Excellent fluency in English and strong communication & interpersonal skills. Bold, confident, and empathetic personality - able to discuss male sexual issues without hesitation. Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clients. Comfortable with travelling locally to corporate offices and institutions for awareness and outreach programs. Must be proactive, persuasive, and solution-oriented.
Work Hours: Full-time, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: ?25,000 - ?30,000 per month + performance-based incentives
