Provide academic, career, and personal guidance to students to help them make informed decisions.
Conduct counselling sessions to assess students' interests, strengths, and challenges.
Guide students on career pathways, and skill development opportunities.
Maintain accurate student records and follow up on progress and concerns.
Coordinate with faculty, parents, and placement teams to support overall student development.
