is a dual function role: you will take charge of both telecalling activities (inbound/outbound) and providing professional counselling guidance. Your goal is to engage prospective clients/students, nurture them through follow up cycles, and assist with conversions/enrolments while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with internal teams.
Telecalling :
Make high volume inbound/outbound calls to leads. Provide program/service info and qualify prospects.
Counselling
Deliver one on one or group counselling (face to face or virtual). Align individual goals with course/program options. Handle objections and close consultations.
Reporting & Insights
Track daily/weekly throughput: calls, enquiries, conversions. Share feedback to refine scripts, campaigns, and program messaging
Team Collaboration
Work with Marketing, Admission, and Academic teams for seamless follow up and improved conversion.
: 6 months-2 years in telecalling, admissions, counselling, or sales roles. Freshers with exceptionally good communication skills (English ,Kannada )
Skills & Attributes
Excellent verbal English and at least conversational Hindi (local language proficiency an advantage).
Empathetic listener with aptitude for building rapport and addressing concerns.
Resilient: ability to handle objections and rejection while staying professional.
Persuasive closing skills without being pushy.
Computer savvy: Familiarity with MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
Strong organisational skills: maintain accurate logs, manage multiple leads, follow deadlines
