Job Description

Counsel students and parents on study opportunities in:

USA

Ireland

Europe: Germany, France & Spain

Australia

Provide accurate country-wise information on:

Courses & universities
Entry requirements & eligibility
Tuition fees, scholarships & living expenses
Work rights, stay-back/PSW options, and job scope

Assist students throughout the application process including:

University selection & course mapping
Application submission & follow-up
Documentation support (SOP, LORs, Resume, etc.)

Guide students through financial planning and visa process for respective countries.

Maintain strong follow-up with students and ensure conversions using CRM tools.

Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and institute tie-up activities.

Achieve monthly student conversion and performance targets.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build confidence and rapport with students & parents
Strong presentation and counseling ability
Knowledge of study abroad processes and timelines
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
CRM and counseling software experience (preferred)

Qualification

Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred but not mandatory)

Experience in

study abroad consulting, student counseling, recruitment, or admissions

will be an added advantage.
