The

Counsellor / Mobiliser

will be responsible for mobilizing students for various technical courses, counselling them about suitable career options, guiding them through the admission process, and maintaining active relationships with schools, communities, and local organizations to ensure strong enrollment growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Mobilization & Outreach

Conduct field visits, awareness drives, and career guidance sessions in schools, colleges, and communities. Establish and maintain relationships with local influencers, schools, NGOs, and placement partners for student sourcing. Collect and maintain student data for follow-up and conversion.

2. Counselling & Admissions

Provide course and career counselling to walk-in and telephonic inquiries. Explain institute programs, eligibility, fees, career outcomes, and placement opportunities. Handle admission formalities, documentation, and database updates.

3. Marketing & Promotions

Support in planning and executing local promotional activities such as roadshows, banners, and social media campaigns. Coordinate with the marketing team for effective communication and brand visibility.

4. Reporting & Coordination

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly mobilization and counselling reports. Work closely with the academic and placement teams to align mobilization with training capacity and job placement targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Marketing, Education, or Social Work). Experience: 1-3 years in student mobilization, counselling, or educational sales preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English essential). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry). Willingness to travel locally for student mobilization activities.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹10,000 - ?18,000 per month (based on experience & performance). Incentives on student enrolments. Training and development opportunities.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
