Job Title: Counselor



Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Admission Counselor to provide comprehensive counseling and guidance to prospective students and their families. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling admission queries, guiding students through the admission process, generating leads, and managing follow-ups. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a keen understanding of educational programs and admissions processes.

Key Responsibilities:



Counseling & Guidance:

Assist students and parents with inquiries related to admission processes, eligibility criteria, course details, and program offerings. Provide tailored advice and recommendations based on the student's academic background and career aspirations. Support students in selecting appropriate courses based on their qualifications and interests.

Lead Generation & Follow-ups:

Reach out to prospective students through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to discuss admission opportunities and available programs. Follow up with potential students and parents, addressing any questions or concerns and guiding them through the next steps. Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and students.

Admission Process Handling:

Assist students with the completion of application forms, ensuring all required documentation is submitted in a timely manner. Guide students through the entire enrollment process, from document submission to final enrollment. Ensure that all student data is accurately maintained and up-to-date in the system.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Work closely with the admissions team to ensure smooth and efficient processing of applications. Generate regular reports on lead status, conversion rates, and overall admissions progress. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the admissions process based on student and parent interactions.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred). Previous experience in counseling, customer service, or educational guidance is a plus. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and internal teams. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of admission procedures and educational programs (preferred).

Key Skills:



Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
