We are seeking passionate and result-oriented

CAT & IPMAT Counsellors

to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will guide students through their preparation journey by providing academic advice, mentorship, and support in selecting the right course plans as per their aptitude and goals. This role involves interacting with students and parents to understand their aspirations and help them make informed decisions from the comfort of a remote work setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on

CAT and IPMAT

exam strategies, course options, and study plans. Understand students' academic backgrounds, strengths, and areas of improvement to provide personalized guidance. Assist students in selecting suitable courses, planning preparation schedules, and tracking their progress. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure motivation, consistency, and performance improvements. Collaborate with faculty and academic teams to address academic queries and challenges. Maintain student records, follow documentation protocols, and submit timely reports. Participate in virtual seminars, webinars, and orientation programs to engage prospective students. Work towards achieving counselling and admission targets to support the growth of the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Prior experience in counselling, coaching, or student advisory roles is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of

CAT and IPMAT

exam patterns, syllabus, and preparation requirements (or willingness to learn). Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented approach. Ability to work independently in a remote setup and collaborate effectively with teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
