We expect Rehabilitation Counsellor provides therapeutic support and guidance to individuals recovering from the substance mental health challenges physical impairments they designed and facilitate personalized recovery plans conduct individual and group counselling sessions and collaborate with multi disciplinary team to promote Holistic healing and reintegration to the society.
Key Responsibility
Develop individualized treatment plan's focused on recovery resilience and personal growth.
Maintain accurate case records.
Advocate for clients access to education employment.
