Guide students and parents through the entire study-abroad journey -- from choosing the right country/university to admissions, visa support, and final enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students/parents.
Guide on course selection, universities, scholarships, and visa processes.
Explain differences between destinations (UK, US, Germany, Canada, France).
Assist students with application process (SOPs, LORs, documentation).
Build parent trust by addressing safety, ROI, and career concerns.
Participate in education fairs and represent UMA with partner universities.
Maintain CRM and lead conversion pipeline.
Graduate/Postgraduate with 2-5 years' experience in overseas education counseling.
Strong knowledge of admission processes, scholarships, and visas.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Empathy to deal with parents' concerns, plus a sales-driven approach.
