This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Support & Sales Executive, located in Gwalior. The role involves assisting students with their queries, guiding them through the enrollment process, and ensuring a high level of support throughout their journey. The individual will also be actively involved in reaching out to potential students, responding to inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, organizing student feedback sessions, and collaborating with the team to improve student satisfaction and overall operations.
Qualifications
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
Sales and customer relationship management skills
Organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
A background in education counseling or sales is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is prefer
