It brings knowledge, capability, and expertise to an education institution to support its strategic priorities, so universities can focus on their core educational processes Established in 2018 & have partnered with top ranked institutions from India, US, UK, Africa and Middle East; UNIVO has a registered base of 235k+ learner\xe2\x80\x99s spread across 150+ nationalities that enrolled in 45+ programs RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x97\x8f Counselling prospective students and guiding them about the different UG & PG courses offered. \xe2\x97\x8f Counselling through Data Calling, online chat server. \xe2\x97\x8f Advise students on specific degree programs and admission procedures. \xe2\x97\x8f Collect the feedback from the participants and consolidate the same \xe2\x97\x8f Handling queries over telephone \xe2\x97\x8f Converting leads into admissions. \xe2\x97\x8f Recording and maintaining and Calling on given leads \xe2\x97\x8f Maintaining telephonic and walk-in record for the day ELIGIBILITY:

• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Good knowledge about the courses and ready to work as per requirement
• Comfortable working as per the roaster split offs.
• Well versed with the background of the management industry.
• Must possess thorough knowledge of institutions, programs offered.
• Should maintain a professional work environment.
• Comfortable working as per the roaster split offs.
• Capable of shouldering a variety of responsibilities.
• Full of energy, multi-tasking abilities, and result oriented nature and takes initiative.\xe2\x97\x8f Candidates should be only from institute(s) /Edtech /University(s) which deal in UG & PG courses
• Experience from Edtech industry would be preferred
• Desired candidate should have similar work experience.
