Regularly update and manage data in Excel sheets and internal trackers.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain services and offerings clearly.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments through effective communication.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments as per process.
Perform follow-ups to improve lead conversion and closure rates.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handover and service execution.
