Role Description:-
This is a full-time on-site role for a Counsellor at Fazlani Foundation located in Mumbai. The counselor is responsible for supporting the emotional, social, and academic well-being of individuals. They provide a safe, non-judgmental space to discuss concerns, offer guidance through challenges, and work collaboratively with students, parents, and staff. Key responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group sessions, identifying behavioral or learning concerns, providing early interventions, and promoting mental health awareness through workshops and campaigns. Counselors also maintain confidentiality, document sessions, and may coordinate with external professionals when necessary.

Qualifications:-
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in counseling or mentorship
- Ability to provide guidance and support to individuals
- Knowledge of career development and networking
- Masters degree in Counselling or Clinical psychology
-Experience working with diverse communities
- Understanding of educational systems and opportunities
