Job Description

We are looking for Psychologist counsellors with:

Interest, energy, and passion in the area of mental health and well-being Must be trained and certified in counselling and trauma care Highly proficient in the delivery of awareness and activity-based sessions Comfortable in handling group?sessions/ peer support groups/webinars/onsite group activities In-depth understanding of Cognitive?Behavioral?Therapy (CBT) / other therapy modalities and Mindfulness?concepts Sincere interest in working in a small team environment, and taking complete ownership of the program

Job Responsibilities:



Familiarity with psychological screening tools and assessments Data collection, data recording, data analysis and reporting using appropriate platforms after conducting sessions Developing content and themes appropriate for the population Active engagement in the implementation of intervention plans, counselling and group sessions Evaluation of need onsite, understanding and providing support as required Explaining the informed consent format and process of counselling to clients and ensuring compliance to the same Conducting one-to-one counselling sessions using customized approaches to help the clients better their mental health Recording the progress notes on time in the case management system Tracking the progress of the clients, through emails/follow-up calls/check-in/floor walks Sending introduction emails/termination emails for initiation or closure of sessions Engaging and participating in educational and training programs to continue learning and development in the area of psychology Keeping abreast with new research on therapy approaches and psychological interventions Engaging in regular supervision with assigned supervisors Keeping track of one's mental well-being and taking appropriate measures like personal therapy, self-care, and peer support groups to prevent compassion fatigue and burnout Create content and process flow as per requirement Conduct adequate research on the topics and avoid plagiarism Co-ordinating and cooperating with the client engagement team regarding content development and process documents Delivering webinars through online platforms and delivering training sessions on-site as per requirement Conducting group sessions based on themes with or without PPT Facilitating support groups and co-ordinating peer support group activities Recording notes of support group activities Co-ordinate with other team members and be an active team player Coordination within the team and in between teams for webinars content development etc. Minimum knowledge in navigating and using various platforms like Teams and Webex. Minimum skills in using MS Office- PPT, Excel, word etc.
Requirements: -

Must hold a Master's in Counselling/Clinical Psychology from recognized universities Minimum 2+ years of experience. Relevant certification in Behavioral modification and CBT. Strong people skills, problem-solving skills and organizational abilities. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across all organizational levels. High energy candidate who has the passion to be part of an innovative and growing organization
Type of Role:-6 Days a Week, Monday - Saturday - 8 hrs in a dayLanguages known : English / Hindi / Local language

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week

Work Location: In person
