We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic

Counsellor

to support our CSR Skill Development Project in Dhanbad.

Key Responsibilities

Provide

career counselling and orientation

for all enrolled candidates Guide candidates on

training selection, career growth, and placement opportunities

Conduct

one-on-one and group counselling sessions

for candidates and parents Support candidates in overcoming personal, academic, or motivational challenges Coordinate closely with the mobilization and training team to achieve project outcomes

Maintain MIS, documentation, and counselling records

as per project standards Ensure regular follow-ups with enrolled candidates to monitor progress and attendance

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for social development and youth empowerment Ability to build trust and rapport with candidates and families Willingness to take initiative and ability to work both independently and in a team Immediate joiners preferred
