dedicated MSW or Psychology student/graduate as a Counsellor Intern
who is passionate about mental health, emotional well-being, and human development. The intern will conduct counselling sessions, manage case documentation, and participate in mental health awareness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
He/She will independently conduct individual counselling sessions
Maintain
client case records and documentation
Support in
mental health awareness programs, workshops & outreach
Conduct
basic psychological assessments
Participate in
case discussions and training
Help in
follow-ups and client coordination
Assist in creating
mental health content, reports, and feedback analysis
Ensure
confidentiality and ethical standards
at all times
Eligibility Criteria
Pursuing or completed:
MSW (Master of Social Work)
OR
BA/MA Psychology / Applied Psychology, BA / BSc in Psychology
Strong interest in
mental health and counselling
Good
communication & listening skills
Basic knowledge of
counselling techniques & ethics
Fluent in
English & Malayalam
(preferred)
Ability to handle sensitive issues with empathy
