The Counsellor will be responsible for guiding customers regarding loan products, eligibility, documentation, and repayment options. The role involves understanding customer financial needs, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth loan application process while maintaining company and RBI compliance.
Key Responsibilities
:
Counsel customers on available loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, etc.)
Explain loan features, interest rates, tenure, EMI structure, and charges clearly
Assess basic customer eligibility and financial profile
Collect and verify required documents for loan processing
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for application approval
Follow up with customers for pending documents and approvals
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/software
Handle customer queries, concerns, and post-disbursement support
Ensure adherence to NBFC policies and regulatory guidelines
Achieve assigned targets and contribute to business growth
Required Skills & Qualifications
:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)
0-3 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI/Loan counselling (Freshers can apply )
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of loans, CIBIL, and financial documents
Customer-oriented approach
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Preferred Skills
:
Knowledge of CRM tools
Experience in tele-counselling or field sales
Understanding of RBI guidelines and compliance

Fixed salary + incentives (as per company policy)
