RESPONSIBLITIES :
Instagram / Facebook / Whatsapp updates to be shared with every student.
Giving Student end to end service staring from calling them till Pre Departure.
Sending Thank You SMS from your office number to students you counselled.
CRM to be updated and used on a daily basis
Maintain and increase the conversion rate of enquiries by regular follow up.
Make strategies to achieve targets for various Universities in all countries
Update students with upcoming university visits and events.
Ensure daily database follow up reports are sent to the branch manager.
Organize in-house presentation, trainings, workshops and group discussions after coordinating with team.
Make strategies to achieve targets for various Universities in all countries.
Keep constant update of market trends and Knowledge of the universities information.
