Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one counselling on academics, career, and personal growth.
Assess students' interests and abilities to guide career and course choices.
Maintain confidential student records and progress reports.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and academic teams for student support.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (required).
Prior experience of counselling in education sector will be preferred.
