Role Summary - Aesthetic Counsellor:

The Aesthetic Counsellor will serve as the key point of communication between clients and medical professionals. This role involves understanding client needs, educating them about aesthetic treatments and procedures, and guiding them through their treatment journey. The counsellor plays a crucial role in building trust, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and guide clients through consultations and service options. Assess client needs through initial interactions and recommend suitable aesthetic treatments (in coordination with medical professionals). Explain procedures, benefits, potential risks, pricing, and post-treatment care clearly and confidently. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all clinic offerings including skincare, lasers, injectables (Botox, fillers), hair restoration, and body contouring. Handle queries, address concerns, and follow up with clients for feedback and retention. Prepare and manage treatment schedules and client files accurately. Support front desk operations, appointment bookings, and client communication when needed. Work closely with doctors and therapists to ensure smooth treatment planning. Contribute to achieving monthly revenue and conversion targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in any field (Science, Nursing, or Cosmetology background is a plus). Minimum 1-2 years of experience in aesthetic, cosmetic, dermatology, or wellness clinics. Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills. Presentable, confident, and patient-focused with a warm demeanor. Ability to handle high-end clientele professionally. Fluent in English (regional language proficiency is a plus). Basic knowledge of skincare and aesthetic procedures (training will be provided).

Preferred Attributes:

Experience with CRM software and client management tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Keen interest in skincare, aesthetics, and beauty trends.
