Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual and group counselling sessions
Assess client needs and develop appropriate counselling plans
Provide guidance for emotional, behavioral, academic, or career-related concerns
Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Build trust and rapport with clients in a safe, supportive environment
Monitor client progress and adjust counselling strategies as needed
Refer clients to external professionals when required
Participate in workshops, awareness programs, or training sessions
Follow ethical standards and organizational policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or related field
Certification in counselling or therapy (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
Experience
1-3 years of counselling experience preferred
Freshers with relevant qualifications and training may also apply
