We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic
Tele Counsellor
to manage patient inquiries, explain treatments, and convert leads into consultations or bookings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly approach, and a strong ability to build trust over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for patient inquiries and follow-ups.
Explain clinic services, treatment options, and offers to potential clients.
Convert leads into confirmed appointments or consultations.
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-up actions in CRM.
Coordinate with the clinic sales and front office team for smooth scheduling.
Provide pre-consultation guidance and basic treatment information.
Ensure a high level of professionalism and empathy in all patient interactions.
Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1-4 years of experience in tele-counselling, inside sales, or customer service (healthcare/aesthetics preferred).
Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi.
Good computer and CRM handling skills.
Positive attitude, confident personality, and target-oriented approach.
