Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and proactive
Student Counsellor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and counselling prospective students and working professionals about our digital marketing programs, helping them make informed decisions about their career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and working professionals regarding course offerings, career prospects, and training pathways in digital marketing.
Follow up on inquiries via calls, messages, and walk-ins.
Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and admissions.
Help with the admission process, including registration, payments, and documentation.
Coordinate with the training team to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
Participate in seminars, workshops, and webinars as a representative of Icodma.
Achieve monthly enrolment targets through effective communication and counselling.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in counselling, sales, or education is preferred.
Confidence in dealing with students and working professionals.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a plus (training will be provided if needed).
