Counsellor cum Warden

Position :

1 (Female)

Experience: 1-2 Years

CTC: 20k-25k pm

Qualification: Graduate (Preferably in Social Work, or related fields)

Location:

Noida - 201301

On Contract - Till March 2026 (can be extended as per project requirement)

Key Responsibilities:

Counseling:

Provide guidance and emotional support to trainees, addressing their personal, academic, and career-related concerns.

Hostel/Facility Management:

Oversee the daily operations of the hostel, ensuring discipline, hygiene, safety, and a comfortable living environment for trainees.

Coordination & Administration:

Act as a liaison between the skilling centre management, trainers, and parents to address trainee concerns.

Emergency Handling & Crisis Management:

Be available for medical emergencies, conflict resolution, and other urgent situations within the hostel or training centre.

Skills Required:

Counseling & Emotional Support Hostel/Facility Management Coordination & Administration Crisis Management & Emergency Handling Communication & Interpersonal Skills Basic Computer Literacy
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
