The Counsellor cum Tele caller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information about our courses/services, counselling potential students/clients, and converting leads into enrolments. The role involves understanding customer needs and guiding them toward the most suitable offerings.

Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and convert inquiries into walk-ins or registrations.
Counsel students/clients on available courses, programs, and services offered.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
Assist walk-in clients and address their queries.
Achieve monthly targets for conversions and follow-ups.
Provide support during marketing and promotional activities.
