Counsel students on job roles, workplace expectations, and relocation readiness.
Guide students on training and career goals.
Motivate students to attend classes / OJT regularly learn the subject.
Identify drop-out risks early and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure retention.
Assess behavioural, emotional, and psychological needs and provide appropriate guidance.
Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all counselling sessions.
Conduct awareness sessions on motivation, stress management, personality development, etc.
Identify vulnerable students and provide necessary support.
Maintain counselling records, case files, and progress reports
Coordinate with Trainers, centre managers, and management for student welfare.
Home visits when needed to counsel families.

Qualifications
Master's in Social Work - Counselling or Psychology or related field.
Preferably 1-3 years of experience in counselling.
