The selected candidate will act as the
primary point of contact
between doctors, internal teams, and the company, and should represent the organization with
grace, empathy, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities -
Handle inbound calls from doctors and healthcare professionals
Provide counselling and accurate information in a polite and empathetic manner
Coordinate and forward orders to internal billing and shipping teams
Track orders and ensure smooth processing and dispatch
Follow up on payments and coordinate with accounts team
Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities
Maintain records, communication logs, and basic reporting
Act as the local point of contact and representative of the company
Required Skills & Qualities
Excellent communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
Calm, sweet, and professional personality
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
Emotionally mature and able to handle responsibility independently
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable speaking with doctors and senior professionals
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline preferred (At least 10+2).
Background in counselling, pharma, healthcare, coordination, office management, or customer relations would be handy.
Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
